I had a coaching call this week with a client who just left the corporate world after almost two decades.
She’s brilliant, intuitive, and leads with excellence — the kind of person who poured her whole heart into a career that never truly reflected who she is. Now she’s finally ready to build the coaching business she’s dreamed about for years… but at one point she paused, looked down, and said softly:
