I’m coming to you from the South of France today and I have a question for you … 🤔

What do you do when everything you have planned doesn’t happen and everything kind of falls to sh*beep?

Really, we always have two options:

1. Fight it, get stuck in a story & suffer

or

2. Accept + learn from what has happened, make whatever adjustments need to be made, & devotedly return home to the present moment

One perpetuates pain.

The other unveils a deep sense of aliveness.

I just had a session with my doctor & he asked abo

I just had a session with my doctor & he asked about my trip to Peru.

I showed him photos of being 17,000 feet up on a sacred mountain & told him stories.

Then, we talked about the countries I'm traveling to over the next few months & his jaw dropped.

“You're going where?
For how long? HOW?!”

I sat quietly as it sunk in for him.

“You see all your clients online?”

“Yes, have been for 15 years now.”

He stared at me like a free-spirit caged in an office glares at a glossy ad of Indonesia.

I tried to tell him that he could create the same thing if he wanted.

He looked stunned, an ocean of possibility crashing around, breaking barriers in his mind.

But, then the comfort zone reclaimed him ... “No, no. I could never do that. My clients need to see me in person.”

What he doesn't know is that's a limiting belief.

If he were my client I'd be helping him clear this & create the life/biz he wants.

But, he’s not my client. He’s my doctor. So, I swallow hard & let him have his experience.

This photo was taken of me after a despacho & healing ceremony with a beloved Shaman on my birthday a few days ago.

While being here in Peru, I've been recalibrating to our beautiful Earth Mother and the powerful Apus (energy of the mountains).

Between the 1-week empath retreat we just gave online & this time sitting with the Shaman on pre-Inca sacred sites, one thing has never been more clear to me ...

This is your time.... Our time!
Now is NOT the time to question yourself or your value.
Now is the time to stay committed to your energetic practices.
And take extra good care of yourself as you choose what you love.
This is the year to listen deeper to your heart.
To create what your soul is guiding you to create.
It all starts with one inspired step.
And then another ... and another.

The energy that was behind the Confident & Visible Empath Retreat was like nothing I've ever seen in my 18 years of coaching.

I encourage you to make some space to breathe & listen to your soul.

I promise you that there is a big & beautiful energy supporting your wellbeing at this time.

Winter holds tightly but she’s losing her grip f

Winter holds tightly
but she’s losing her grip
fighting the early sun
& warmer days

She knows her role
She knows the power of latency,
of rest

She knows that when she does her job right and for long enough
Balance is served
Life is nourished
Beauty is restored

Devoted to life, she holds her ground
She is the merciless guardian of starkness
She is the empress of emptiness

Oh, how I’ve fought her like the sun seems to be doing on this premature summer day!

but, today I set down my weapons
finally recognizing the winter as my lost lover,
the one who brushes the sweat from my brow and calls me forth to lay my burdens down
the one who helps me remember what it feels like
to let go
to be woman
to receive

As I part the curtains that once hid my knowing and affinity for such a slow and tender season, I have new friends with me

rest
quiet
stillness

We huddle together like sisters taking in the view

Even now, as I witness winter polishing her torch, preparing to pass it to spring, I already miss her

I watch as she handwrites her invitation to the flowers and sends it through a rain cloud
… granting them access to shoot through the invisible like happy arrows aimed at this holy place 🌸

this holy place we call Earth
but have forgotten to call “Mother”
